The Summit on Bluff Mountain offers Luxury Vacation Rentals for exclusive guests. We are a residential community with permanent residents, second homes, and 33 plus overnight rentals. The goal is to allow homes to be rented through approved management companies. The following companies are currently offering rentals in The Summit on Bluff Mountain: Amazing Views, Bear Camp Cabins, Cabins For You, Elk Springs, Hearthside, SkyView Rentals, Vacasa, and Vacation Rentals by Owner. New homes and agents are being added soon and we hope you enjoy staying with us in The Summit on Bluff Mountain.

Rental agent signs are not allowed and it is important that one is not able to distinguish a permanent home, second home or luxury vacation from one another. The Summit on Bluff Mountain is an HOA community and owners must make sure their guests are aware of the rules governing our Association. All owners and guests, should review the Covenants and Restrictions for community rules and regulations. The HOA has also provided a quick reference sheet with the HOA rules to be posted in each luxury vacation rental home.
