HOA Dues
The HOA Assessment 2023 is $700.00 per lot. Assessments are payable by January 15th. Late fees and interest will be added to all accounts 30 days past due. The Summit on Bluff Mountain has a transfer fee of $250.00 to be paid by the purchaser. This fee became effective in 2018 with the approval of the Amended Covenants and Restrictions. If your title company fails to collect the transfer fee at closing, the HOA will send you an invoice.
