HOA Assessments

The HOA assessment is determined annually based on the association's operating budget. Assessments are payable by January 15th, and late fees and interest will be added to all accounts 30 days past due.

The Summit on Bluff Mountain requires a transfer fee to be paid by the purchaser, as established in the Amended Covenants and Restrictions. If the title company fails to collect the transfer fee at closing, the purchaser will receive an invoice from the association.

Transfer and administrative fees will apply to all real estate closings. Please contact management for instructions on obtaining certified statements and estoppel letters.
