The Summit consists of Phase I, II, & III consisting of 186 lots governed by Covenants and Restrictions for the preservation and value of the community. As an owner, you are automatically a member of The Summit on Bluff Mountain Home Owners Association which was formed to share with your neighbors a common desire to promote harmony and contentment within our community.
