HOA Management

 
The Summit Board has contracted with Stephanie Whaley to oversee daily operations of the HOA including administrative services, maintenance, covenant enforcement, and property inspections.  Communication, Education, and Accountability are the keys to a well-run and well-organized Association that can enhance the quality of life in the community and contribute to pride of ownership and stable property values.  She is available to assist you with any issues you may have with your property, a neighbors property, or the community.  She will report all findings to the Board of Directors for review and direction.  Decisions are not made by Stephanie, her job is to assist the Board of Directors and offer advice on common HOA practices.  Feel free to contact her by phone or e-mail anytime.  
 
The business and affairs of the HOA are managed by the Board of Directors.  Our 2021 annual meeting was held on November 6th and the following directors were elected to serve:

The Board of Director Meetings are held the 1st Wednesday of each month at 10:30 AM ET by phone conference. Please contact Stephanie Whaley one week prior to meeting to include items on the agenda to be addressed by the Board. 
The Advisory Committee Meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday of each month.  Please submit all information for review, no later than the 15th of the month.
