The Summit Board has contracted with Wise Property Solutions to support daily operations of the HOA including administrative services, maintenance, covenant enforcement, and property assessments. Communication, education, and accountability are the keys to a well-run and well-organized association. A well running association is key to a sense of pride in the ownership and stable property values.
Wise Property Solutions is available to assist you with association related questions or requests. Wise Property Solutions will report all findings to the Board of Directors for review and direction. Decisions are not made by management, their job is to assist and support the Board of Directors.
The business and affairs of the HOA are managed by the Board of Directors. Our 2022 annual meeting was held on November 5th and the following directors were elected to serve:

The Board of Director Meetings are held the 1st Wednesday of each month at 10:30 AM ET by phone conference. Please contact Wise Property Solutions two weeks prior to meeting to include items on the agenda to be addressed by the Board.
The Advisory Committee Meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday of each month. Please submit all information for review, no later than the 15th of the month.
